The proprietor of Aspects and Images, a model railway marketing company obtained permission from Lesney Products to produce a promotional model based on the Y13 Crossley. A light brown one piece canopy replaced the original coal load and front canopy. 500 models were produced and were sold to collectors who attended the Surrey Model Fair and Swapmeet on the 28th February 1981. A percentage from the sales revenue was donated by Mr. MacKenzie to Pound Meadow School for handicapped children in Guildford, Surrey.
